The artful and modern designer décor is accented by high quality furnishings, beautiful dark-wood floors throughout, enormous windows and views that will take your breath away; not to mention the private balcony and roof-top pool (open June through August). This luxury accommodation will leave you wanting for nothing...
On entering the apartment you are immediately struck by the large windows and grand views of the city that unfold before your eyes. This large open space (29ft 6 x 12ft, 9m x 3.7m) is the dining area. Beneath a modern chandelier that you'd expect to find in an art gallery sits a round glass table with 4 black leather and chrome chairs. The view changes with the light, so as you enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner you see a different mood of the city!

Just beyond the dining area is the living room. This "room with a view" showcases a contemporary sofa in earth tones set in front of a coordinating rug, complete with glass coffee and side tables. There are art topped side tables, an easy chair, accent lighting and a generous 46" flat-screen high definition television with cable channels.

There is a European style sleeper sofa that converts into a large double bed (80"x60"), effectively turning the room into a bedroom. Across the room is a desk, chair and a 30" flat-screen TV with cable channels; there's also a closet available for storage. This room has a different, but equally impressive, view.

The master bedroom is across the apartment on the other side of the living room with its own ensuite bathroom with a bath + overhead shower, washbasin and loo.
