The property is a corner apartment and boasts spectacular views of the Hudson River and the Statue of Liberty on one side, and the skyline of skyscrapers and beautiful lower Manhattan on the other. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient - local businesses will cater for your every whim in this upscale and ever-growing part of the city. The nearest subway stations are as close as 4 blocks away, with access to trains going anywhere in the city.

The property is located on the twenty-second floor (there is a lift!) and sleeps 2 to 5 in one double bedroom, an ultra comfortable sofa bed, and plenty of room for an air mattress if needed.
This is a very inviting space. On entering the apartment your eyes are immediately drawn to the waterfront views in front of you. Then you glance around and see the cityscape from the side windows. There is so much light that this already large apartment feels even bigger.
The décor is very tasteful with simple, high quality furniture and wood floors throughout. The owner is a journalist and travels frequently - the treasures gathered from these trips can be found all over the apartment - on the walls, floors, bookcases and more.

The entrance hall opens up to the stylish kitchen, which has a window cut out of the wall so that you can look through to the living room and see the views.
On the other side of the built-in window is a marble countertop with two stools - the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a nightcap.
The kitchen is fitted with top of the line materials - the appliances are all stainless steel and include a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker.

The kitchen also looks out onto a dining area which is beautifully situated in a window-lined corner of the apartment - the best spot for optimal views. This dining corner has a large round wood table and 4 comfortable chairs.

The living room (27ft x 16ft9, 8.2m x 3.4m) has a large sleeper sofa with the most comfortable sofa mattress available - a large "Sealy Tempurpedic" (75" x 54"), it's more comfortable than a regular bed! There is also a coffee table, 2 side tables, and a 24" flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The newly renovated bathroom has a washbasin, loo, and a full bathtub with an overhead shower.

The bedroom (16ft x 11ft9, 4.9m x 3.6m) is the ultimate in bliss! The large double bed (80" x 60") has a very high quality mattress and is the perfect place to relax, look out of the windows and enjoy the water sights. Or sit in the easy chair right next to the window for an even better view. There is a large, mirrored closet available for storage, as well as 4 dresser drawers.
