Our Properties Most of our properties are either the homes of New Yorkers who are away for an extended period, or an under-used pied-à-terre. All are hand picked and are places where we would be happy to stay ourselves! As well as a description and photos of the property we try to give you a feel for the area, its attractions and amenities. Most are no more than 10 minutes from a subway station - often less. All properties come with their own "mini guide" to the area covering the neighbourhood shops, local transport, bars, restaurants and cafés. They also have a folder with brief notes on appliances, heating & hot water, security systems etc. Most properties have a telephone which you can use as you wish - if there is no phone we will let you know and advise how best to hire a mobile. Most have internet access. |

Remember that in the US the first floor, second floor, third floor etc. are equivalent to the British/European ground floor, first floor and second floor. We list all the properties we have on our books, we are adding more every day. If you have a specific requirement, contact us - we will be happy to help you find what you need. Prices quoted are US$ per property per night, they are payable in US$ and include all taxes - the £ rates shown are conversions at approximately £1 = $1.55 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of US$100 - to cover all administrative costs and service elements. Our rates are based on stays of 3 weeks or less, reductions may be possible for longer stays (over 21 nights) in some properties. Some properties may be available at short notice. We have a minimum stay of 5 nights unless stated otherwise; you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish. YE10223 - sleeps 2/4 This 2/4 person loft studio apartment is located in one of Manhattan's trendiest and most exciting neighborhoods. The area is abounds with great restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. There are 6 different subway stations all within a few blocks of the property - the closest is on First Avenue and 14th Street, only 4½ blocks away. The accommodation is located on the second floor (no lift) and sleeps 2/4 with one double loft bed and a large sleeper sofa. There is one bathroom. This property is ideal for a couple or a small family, but could just as comfortably accommodate 2 couples. Because of the many pieces of art on display we do ask that all guests have a minimum age of 12.
YE29143.2 - sleeps 2/3 This 2/3 person, impeccably restored, one bedroom apartment is comfortable, attractive and convenient - one of our favourites for sure! The location is top notch - just steps from the neighborhood shops, cafés and restaurants on Lexington Avenue and only one block from fashionable Park Avenue. The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated, turn of the century, historic brick townhouse. It sleeps 2 to 3 in one double bedroom and a sofa-bed that pulls out to a single. This lovely apartment really feels more like a home than a city rental - it boasts a private entrance as well as coded keys for added security.
YW55230 - sleeps 2/4 This one bedroom apartment is ideally located between Manhattan's bustling Midtown and Columbus Circle. The apartment is in a luxury, doorman controlled, building and offers a peaceful experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owner has a beautiful art collection that is stylishly displayed throughout the space. The neighborhood is convenient and full of amenities - the nearest subway is only 3 blocks away, on 57th Street and Seventh Avenue - and there is a glorious private roof deck to be enjoyed - 32 floors up! The apartmentis on the seventeenth floor of a recently renovated post-war building and sleeps 4 in one bedroom and a sofa-bed.
YSEC470 - sleeps 2/4 This 2/4 person apartment is located in Manhattan's Grammercy, bordering the popular Murray Hill and Flatiron neighborhoods. The area is convenient to every part of the city; just two stations away from Union Square, Grand Central Terminal, the UN, and only 4 stops from Times Square, the East Village and Soho. The immediate neighborhood is full of coffee shops, restaurants and all sorts of boutiques.The nearest subway station is 5 blocks away at Park Avenue. The apartment sleeps 2/4 in one double bedroom, a large sofa and an air mattress.

This 2 bedroom apartment is located on a tree-lined street in lovely and historic Murray Hill. The cosy haven boasts exposed brick walls, hardwood floors throughout, top-of-the-line kitchen and bathroom, and a spacious private garden in the back. It sleeps 4/5 people in two double bedrooms and a put-out sofa-bed. There's one bathroom.
YHOR95 - sleeps 4/6 This 4/6 person elegant and spacious two bedroom apartment is located in an exceptional building with views of the Hudson River, the Empire State Building and the Highline. Less than a block from the Hudson River Park, the Hudson River Playground and next door to the Highline. This posh pad is a corner apartment on the sixth floor (there is a lift) of a chic, doorman-controlled, building in the most desirable part of New York's, in vogue, Meat Packing District. With great views, a sleek and modern décor, high ceilings and lots of space this apartment is a great find. It sleeps up to 6, in two double bedrooms and a large sectional sofa that converts to 2 single beds. There is one bathroom.
YCHR123 - sleeps 6 This recently renovated 3/4 person, 2 bedroom apartment is perfectly located at the crossroads of the East Village, the Lower East Side, Chinatown and Little Italy. Within 2 blocks there are two subway stations with access to 5 different train lines. It sleeps up to 4, with a single bed in the first bedroom, an extra large double bed in the second, and ample space for an air mattress if need be. The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building, built in the 1890s. With hardwood flooring, large rooms, high ceilings and bright, open windows that let in loads of light, this spacious and airy apartment feels very open and inviting. The owner is a designer, and has created a very comfortable, functional and cheerful space.
